Job summary

Centria Autism offers a paid practicum through the Elevate Program for pursuing BCBA credentials. You will gain supervision, mentorship, and structured growth while delivering ABA therapy under supervision in various settings.

The role progresses through three stages with milestone-based wage increases and tuition reimbursement opportunities to support BCBA certification. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a master's-level ABA program (or completed master's with ABA coursework).
• Strong desire to grow into a BCBA role within a values-driven care model.
• Ability to work full-time, including afternoon/early evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery in in-center settings.
• Participate in 1:1 and group supervision with BCBAs.
• Learn and apply clinical best practices across six core domains.
• Attend professional development sessions and apply learnings.
• Progress through Elevate's stages and earn milestone rewards.
• Collaborate with a compassionate, data-driven care team.
