Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a master's-level ABA program or equivalent.
• Strong desire to grow into a BCBA within a care-driven model.
• Ability to commit to full-time hours, including afternoons/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery in center or home settings.
• Participate in 1:1 and group supervision with BCBAs.
• Learn and apply best practices across six core domains: assessment, intervention, communication, documentation, program design, ethics.
• Attend professional development sessions and apply learnings in real time.
• Progress through Elevate's stages and earn milestone rewards.
• Collaborate with a compassionate, data-driven care team.
