Helping Hands Family offers a BCBA Fellowship position in Connecticut that includes paid supervision hours within a structured clinical program. Fellows provide one-on-one ABA intervention to teach communication, daily living skills, and positive behaviors, while working toward eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam.
Responsibilities include direct client work, data collection, staff training, and conducting assessments under supervision of a BCBA mentor.
Our Fellowship position is one of the few that offers paid supervision hours through a structured clinical program. Our BCBA Fellows provide one-on-one care through ABA behavior interventions to teach communication, practice daily living skills, and encourage positive behaviors. Fellows will be eligible to complete unrestricted activities, as defined by the BACB, to help meet requirements to sit for the BCBA exam.
