Compass Group USA is seeking an Accounts Payable Intern for an internship in Charlotte, NC. The program runs May 17th, 2027 to August 6th, 2027, at 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

The internship location is Charlotte, NC, and the role offers hands-on experience in accounts payable within a large hospitality services company. You will work with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment concerns, learn SAP invoice research, and participate in process improvements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s in accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Proficient in MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Access).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with vendors to obtain invoice copies and other pertinent information required for complete research.
• Use SAP system to research invoice status.
• Coordinate with internal resources to ensure invoices are processed.
• Process heavy volume of invoices and credit/debit memos in SAP.
• Prepare analysis of vendor accounts.
• Special projects as assigned.
