Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s in accounting or related field, rising Junior/Senior, GPA 3.0+
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access)
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
• Self-directed, proactive and curious

Responsibilities

• Communicate with vendors to obtain invoice copies and information for research
• Use SAP to research invoice status
• Coordinate with internal resources to ensure invoices are processed
• Process heavy volume of invoices and credit/debit memos in SAP
• Prepare analysis of vendor accounts
• Handle special projects as assigned
