Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Demonstrated interest in technology and a career in data center operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to travel locally and up to 5% domestically as required

Responsibilities

• Data center operations and hardware support: rack-and-stack servers and networking devices.
• Network installation and cabling: install, organize, label cabling and verify integrity.
• Ticket management and operational support: use ticket systems and document work.
• Inventory and logistics: receive, stage, track, and ship equipment; maintain records.
• Safety and compliance: follow SOPs/MOPs and wear PPE.
