Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) seeks technicians for the Catalyst Program – Velocity Track in Ashburn, VA. The role involves hands-on hardware installations, break/fix activities, cabling, inventory control, and troubleshooting with limited supervision.

Candidates should have an associate degree (or military/infrastructure experience) and be able to work non-standard schedules. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude and desire to advance within data center operations.
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform rack-and-stack activities for servers and networking gear.
• Install, upgrade, and decommission server/network hardware and cabling.
• Troubleshoot hardware and infrastructure issues independently.
• Track inventory and manage asset movements and logistics.
• Follow SOPs/MOPs and maintain safe working environments.
