The Catalyst Velocity Data Center Technicianperforms operational and technical work with limited supervision and is responsible for supporting hardware installations, break/fix activities, cabling infrastructure, inventory operations, and technical troubleshooting. Technicians at this level are expected to demonstrate greater technical proficiency, independent decision-making, operational ownership, and peer leadership while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
