Aerotek is offering a 10-week paid Sales Internship in Little Rock, AR. This program focuses on learning recruiting, account management, and field support with a strong emphasis on sales, providing hands-on exposure and mentorship.

Interns will shadow recruiters and account managers, participate in interviews, and gain real-world experience across the Aerotek sales ecosystem, with potential for a full-time offer into the Sales Development Representative track.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college/university seeking a BA/BS degree (sales degree, minor, certificate preferred)
• Transitioning between Junior and Senior years (preferred)
• MS Office
• Customer Service Experience
• Sales Related Experience

Responsibilities

• Post available positions on the Internet via our ATS to increase the candidate pool
• Evaluate resumes and select qualified candidates for interviews
• Schedule candidates for interviews with Recruiters
• Shadow Recruiters as they conduct calls, interviews and reference checks
• Shadow Account Managers on client visits and the requisition process
• Attend networking events and participate in lead generation and cold-calling sessions
• Shadow Field Support during background checks and unemployment processes
