Aufgaben

• Post available positions on the Internet via our candidate tracking system to increase the candidate pool.
• Evaluate resumes and select qualified candidates for interviews.
• Schedule candidates for interviews with Recruiters.
• Shadow Recruiters during calls, interviews and reference checks.
• Maintain documentation using Aerotek's Applicant Tracking System.
• Shadow Account Managers during the client acquisition process.
