Responsibilities

• Post available positions on the Internet via our candidate tracking system to increase the candidate pool
• Evaluate resumes and select qualified candidates for interviews
• Schedule candidates for interview with Recruiters
• Shadow Recruiters during calls, interviews and reference checks
• Maintain documentation using the Applicant Tracking System
• Attend Contractor lunches with Recruiters
• Shadow Account Managers on cold calls and attend client visits
• Shadow Account Managers during requisition qualifications and client acquisition processes
• Participate in networking events and lead generation sessions
• Shadow Field Support during background investigations, drug tests, and unemployment processes
