CVS Health in the United States is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship designed for college students pursuing business, management or retail studies. You will join a Fortune 6 company and help drive the customer experience while learning store operations under store managers and district leaders.

Throughout the internship you’ll lead a retail team, engage with customers, complete a business-focused project, and present recommendations to leadership, gaining real-world leadership

Qualifications

• Candidates must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Degree expected between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Desired majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day operations of a store and collaborate with Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Develop leadership skills and understand impact of decisions on customer satisfaction and store results.
• Participate in leadership development and travel experiences within the market.
