Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience in fast-paced environments such as retail, food service or hospitality.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Previous leadership, supervisory or managerial experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team, engage with customers, and learn day-to-day store operations.
• Work with Store Managers and District Leaders to develop leadership skills and retail management best practices.
