Job summary

Qualifications

• Level 3 administration qualification or equivalent experience.
• English qualification at Level 2 (GCSE 9-4/A*-C).
• Maths qualification at Level 1 (GCSE 3-2 or D-F).
• Experience of secretarial/administrative procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to Consultants and medical staff.
• Communicate with patients regarding appointments and admissions.
• Cover Team Leader within the administration team as required.
• Cover NHS Clinical Administrator posts Trust wide as required.
