Responsibilities

• Scan patient notes onto the EPR and distribute mail.
• Keep patient demographics on Cerner up to date.
• Triaged referrals and manage admin shared inbox.
• Process Blueteq funding forms and upload to Medisight/Hi-cost portal.
• Provide cross-cover for other Clinical Pathway Administrators.
• Manage Dictate and send correspondence to external organisations.
• Support failsafe officer to ensure safe patient pathway planning.
