TotalMed is seeking a travel RN for PACU - Post Anesthesia Care in Santa Fe, NM. This 13-week travel assignment offers 40 hours per week, with 10-hour daytime shifts ready to support post-anesthesia recovery in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of acute care experience and holds ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications. Responsibilities include monitoring post-op patients, creating care plans, and coordinating with the surgical team.

Qualifications

• RN with 1-2 years acute care experience.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
• Willingness to travel and work 10-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Observe and care for post-operative patients as they recover from anesthesia.
• Monitor patients for vital changes and report to physicians.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans for PACU patients.
• Determine when patients are ready to transfer to a room.
