Job summary
Longview Regional Medical Center is seeking a PACU Supervisor. The RN in this role provides leadership, direction, and coordination of nursing care in the assigned department, overseeing clinical and operational activities to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
The Supervisor will manage nursing staff, foster a positive work environment, and support continuous quality improvement and regulatory compliance, with opportunities for leadership growth within the facility.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing or higher. RN licensure required.
- 1–2 years of related healthcare experience preferred.
- 1–2 years of leadership experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily clinical and operational activities of the nursing department.
- Promote a safety and quality culture and monitor patient care.
- Ensure resources, information, and support for nursing staff.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.
- Support supervision of clinical affiliate students.
