Job summary

Intermountain Health Logan Regional Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse to provide professional care across the nursing process, collaborating with the care team to ensure safe, evidence-based patient care.

The role supports anesthesia recovery in Same Day Surgery and PACU, requires ACLS/PALS, and a BSN with current RN licensure. 36 hours per week, 8- or 12-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, with on-call responsibilities evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days of start.
• BSN from an accredited institution; degree will be verified.
• BLS for healthcare providers.
• BSN required as of 04/27/2025 update; grandfathering rules for prior hires.
• RNs with <12 months of experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Plan individualized care with patient, family, and team involvement; arrange education and referrals.
• Implement care by directing the interdisciplinary team and managing time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate outcomes and revise the care plan as needed.
• Promote professionalism, ethics, compliance with standards, and accurate documentation.
