Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BLS for healthcare providers.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution; BSN required as of 04/27/2025.
• Compact license transfer to state of practice within 60 days of start date.
• Nurses with less than 12 months experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Develop an individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Coordinate care and delegate tasks to the interdisciplinary team to meet care goals.
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions and revise plan of care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with licensure, ethics, and regulatory standards.
