Job summary

Intermountain Health’s Logan Regional Hospital in Utah seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across Same Day Surgery and PACU. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective recovery and exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days.
• BSN degree from an accredited institution; BSN required as of 4/27/2025.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required or completed within first 3 months of orientation.
• RNs with <12 months experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status using nursing process and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan individualized care with patient and family involvement and coordinate follow-up needs.
• Implement care by directing the care team and managing time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise plans as indicated to achieve goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in adherence with standards.
