Summa Health System, Barberton Campus is seeking an experienced RN for the Same Day Surgery Center/PACU. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week across 4/10 shifts and includes on-call requirements.

The RN will deliver and coordinate patient care in alignment with unit standards and hospital policies. Required ADN with BSN preferred, Ohio RN license, ACLS and BLS; prior PACU or perioperative experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) required, BSN preferred.
• Current license to practice registered nursing in the State of Ohio.
• ACLS certification required within six months of hire; ACLS preferred for critical care areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide, coordinate and/or delegate nursing care.
• Manage resources in care delivery for patients and families.
• Uphold safety, quality and patient advocacy in the PACU and surgical settings.
