Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the PACU team at St. Joseph's Women’s Hospital in Tampa, FL. The RN will independently care for patients, delegate tasks, and maintain high clinical standards, with leadership roles as preceptor and charge nurse when needed.

Qualifications include RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and 2 years of RN experience (1 year in PACU/ICU/ER preferred). This is a full-time, night-shift opportunity with remote work never.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• RN license required.
• ACLS certification required.
• Nurse specialty certification preferred.
• Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently care for a group of patients using the nursing process and standards.
• Delegate appropriate patient care activities to team members.
• Maintain professional accountability and development.
• Provide direct contact and supervision for pediatric patients.
• Serve as preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
