Cody Regional Health in Cody, WY is seeking a dedicated RN for our on-site PACU to provide pre-operative and post-anesthesia care for outpatient procedures, including patient assessment, monitoring, pain management, and safe recovery planning.

You will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists and the perioperative team, educate patients and families, document in the electronic health record, and uphold infection control, safety standards and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Clinical nursing skills in perioperative care and patient assessment.
• Proficiency in IV therapy, medication administration and pain management.
• Ability to educate patients and families clearly about procedures and recovery expectations.
• Effective collaboration with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the perioperative team.
• Commitment to safety, infection prevention, and accurate documentation.

Responsabilités

• Provide pre-operative and post-anesthesia nursing care.
• Assess patients, monitor vitals, and manage pain.
