Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, CT seeks an Ambulatory Surgery PACU RN to provide post-operative care for patients recovering from outpatient procedures in the Ambulatory and Main ORs.

The role requires 1+ year PACU experience, CT RN license, and an accredited nursing degree; shifts are 5:30am-9am to 9:00am start with 8-,10-,12-hour options, part-time 24 hours/week, Monday–Friday, no weekends or holidays. Compensation ranges $37.25-$61.75/hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with an Associate's degree in Nursing.
• Valid RN license in Connecticut.
• 1+ year PACU experience supporting inpatient surgical recovery.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-acuity post-operative care for outpatient surgical patients in PACU.
• Manage Phase 1 and 2 recovery and readiness for discharge or transfer.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and care teams to uphold perioperative standards.
