Job summary

Abrazo Arrowhead Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care on an assigned unit. You will coordinate care with other disciplines and supervise staff, delivering patient-centered care based on the nursing process and safety guidelines.

The role includes hourly rounding, assessment-driven care, and may involve acting as shift charge. A valid Arizona RN license, CPR, and ACLS as applicable are required.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
• L&D: Advanced Fetal Monitoring or must obtain within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs on admission and ongoing.
• Determine nursing diagnoses based on assessment data.
• Set practical patient outcome goals with input from patient and family.
• Implement orders and supervise care; may be in charge on shift.
