Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse for the University City PACU. This full-time role requires 36 hours per week with a 0930–1900 schedule and a weeknight/weekend call rotation, joining a close-knit surgical team in a non-trauma center facility.

You will coordinate patient care using evidence-based nursing practices, ensuring safety and quality across the patient care continuum, while collaborating with surgeons and perioperative staff in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• At least one year of PACU/CC/ED experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
