Job summary

Atrium Health University City PACU in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our operating room recovery team. The role requires full-time commitment, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM shifts, and participation in weeknight and weekend on-call rotation.

A valid nursing program completion, an active RN license in North Carolina, and BLS certification are required; one year of PACU/CCU/ED experience is preferred. Join a collaborative team focused on safe patient care and high quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.
• At least one year of PACU, Critical Care, or Emergency Department experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create a safe patient environment and best patient experience.
