OCOM Hospital in Oklahoma City is seeking a PACU Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive perioperative care in a busy surgical setting. You will work with surgeons, anesthesia providers and the care team to ensure safe, patient-centered recovery from anesthesia and during the immediate post-operative period.

The ideal candidate holds a current Oklahoma RN license (or eligibility), BLS, and strong assessment and communication skills.

Formación

• Current Oklahoma RN license or eligibility.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain quickly.
• Strong assessment, clinical decision-making and prioritization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and document patient status; prepare for procedures.
• Monitor post-anesthesia recovery and respond to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and discharge.
• Maintain EMR documentation and coordinate care with team.
• Respond to emergencies per ACLS/PALS protocols.
