Job summary

Community Hospital seeks a Full Time Registered Nurse in the PACU to join our compassionate team. The RN will provide direct post-anesthesia care, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia providers to ensure safe recovery.

Qualifications include an active Oklahoma RN license, 1 year PACU/acute care experience, and BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications within specified timeframes. Join us to contribute to exceptional patient outcomes in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in Oklahoma.
• Minimum of one year experience in PACU or acute care preferred.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 120 days of hire.
• PALS certification within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to surgical patients in the PACU according to policies and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of medications, equipment, and expected outcomes and complications.
• Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary team.
• Support anesthesia and surgery teams in patient-related activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
