Job summary

Community Hospital in Oklahoma City is hiring a Full Time Registered Nurse in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). The RN will provide direct patient care, monitor recovery, and collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists to ensure safe, effective perioperative outcomes.

The position includes a $7,500 Sign On Bonus, competitive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth. Current Oklahoma RN licensure and BLS/ACLS/PALS as required will support your success in this role.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in Oklahoma required.
• Minimum one year experience in PACU or acute care preferred.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider required within 30 days of hire.
• AHA ACLS required within 120 days of hire.
• AHA PALS required within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to surgical patients in the PACU according to policy and procedure and care standards.
• Maintain knowledge of medications, equipment, and expected patient outcomes during surgery.
• Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary team.
• Protect and advance the patient's best interest.
• Demonstrate knowledge, skills and abilities to perform duties and maintain competency.
