Incredible Health is hiring a PACU RN in the Brownsville, TX area to provide immediate post-operative care for surgical patients, monitor vital signs, and support smooth transitions from the operating room to discharge home.

Qualified candidates have ADN or higher, an active RN license, 1 year of PACU/ICU experience, BLS and ACLS, strong communication and team work, and proficiency with EMR systems. Salary ranges from $60,150 to $100,000 per year.

Responsabilidades

• Provide immediate post-operative care to a variety of surgical patients, monitoring vital signs, and managing symptoms of anesthesia.
• Administer prescribed medications and implement treatment plans as directed by medical staff.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure seamless patient transition from the operating room to the PACU to discharge home.
• Educate patients and their families on post-operative care, including pain management, wound care, and potential complications.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
