Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, LA, is seeking a PACU Registered Nurse PRN to deliver immediate post-operative care, manage airway support, monitor neuro/cardiac status, and collaborate with the surgical and anesthesia teams.

The role includes on-call availability for select non-business hours. You will work with RN float pools and support staff to ensure patient safety and high-quality care.

Qualifikationen

• ACLS within 30 days of start date.
• PALS within 6 months of start date.
• RN Diploma required.
• 1 year of acute care RN experience required.
• BCLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers within 30 days.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care following evidence-based practices.
• Be an integral member of an interdisciplinary team.
• Apply nursing process with critical thinking to deliver safe care.
• Assess patient condition, monitor and document changes.
• Educate patients and families about condition and follow-up.

Kenntnisse

ACLS (within 30 days)
