Job summary

HCA HealthONE Rose is seeking a PACU Registered Nurse to oversee post-surgical patient care and contribute to a high-quality care team in Denver. You will bring post-anesthesia expertise to adult, adolescent, geriatric, and pediatric patients, with opportunities to rotate to related units as needed.

Candidates should have active Colorado RN licensure, BLS, ACLS and PALS, and a BSN is preferred. One year of PACU experience is required, with comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities

Qualifications

• PACU experience required.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• ACLS & PALS certifications required.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the care of the post-surgical/post-procedural patient.
• Provide care to adult, adolescent, geriatric, and pediatric populations as assigned.
• Rotate to other areas as needed and perform only duties for which competency is demonstrated.
• Oversee and direct the care of assistive personnel, maintaining accountability for patient care.
