Job summary

HCA HealthONE Rose in Denver, CO is seeking an OR Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Services team. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team and contribute to patient care during all perioperative stages.

You will bring specialized OR nursing skills to support adult, adolescent, and pediatric patients and ensure proper setup for procedures. Responsibilities include prepping for procedures, assisting with surgeries, post-procedure turnover, and mentoring fellow staff as a resource.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license or multi-state license.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• Graduate from accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year perioperative (OR) experience.
• CNOR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for procedures by ensuring adequate stock and equipment in assigned areas.
• Assist with post-procedure workload and room turnover.
• Teach, supervise, and serve as resource for staff according to competency.
• Rotate to areas beyond the OR as competency allows.
