Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse - PACU for per diem coverage. The role requires 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. workdays with potential early starts, plus weekend call and holiday rotation.

Licensure and ACLS/PALS readiness within 90 days are required. Hourly pay ranges from $36.00 to $55.80, with a new minimum of $37.25 per hour beginning with the second October paycheck. This position offers premium pay and growth opportunities within a large, magnet-recognized health

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing or higher required; BSN must be completed within 5 years.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure.
• Current CPR Certification (BLS) by AHA or Red Cross.
• ACLS within 90 days of start date.
• PALS within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care; assess patient condition and plan care.
• Monitor progress and document observations; delegate tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet unit goals; adapt to shift assignments.
