Job summary

Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL seeks a Registered Nurse – PACU for per diem coverage. The RN will render professional nursing care, assess patient status, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes. Location is on-site with weekday hours and periodic weekend call and holiday rotations.

Requirements include an active Illinois RN license and an ADN or higher; BSN preferred within 5 years. CPR (BLS) is required, ACLS and PALS within 90 days of start.

Qualifications

• Active IL RN license
• BSN preferred within 5 years of start date
• Willingness to rotate weekends/holidays and participate in on-call rotations

Responsibilities

• Render professional nursing care to provide quality patient care.
• Assess patient condition, recognize deviations, plan and evaluate care.
• Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to other staff and document progress.
• Collaborate as a team member to meet unit goals and ensure safe care.
