Job summary

Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse - PACU on a per diem basis. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with potential earlier starts and periodic weekend call and holiday rotations to support patient care.

You will render professional nursing care, assess patient conditions, delegate tasks, and work within a care team across our system. Illinois RN licensure, BLS CPR, ACLS and PALS are required or to be completed within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required or higher.
• BSN required within 5 years from start date.
• Current Illinois RN licensure and CPR (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and monitor patient condition.
• Assess patients, plan and evaluate care, and document observations.
• Delegate appropriate duties to staff and work as a team member.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure continuity of care.
