Job summary

Requirements include DC RN license, BSN preferred, and at least two years PACU or critical care experience.

Qualifications

• Current DC RN license (required).
• BSN degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years PACU or related critical care experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage airway postoperatively.
• Monitor cardiopulmonary status and oxygen saturation.
• Provide timely postoperative pain management and analgesia.
• Manage epidural or neuraxial anesthesia considerations as assigned.
• Collaborate with anesthesia, surgical teams and nursing staff for patient care.
• Document care accurately and uphold safety and quality standards.
