HCA Florida North Florida Hospital in Gainesville is seeking a PACU Registered Nurse to provide immediate post-operative care to surgical patients. You will manage airway support, monitor neurological and cardiac status, and respond promptly to any complications while delivering wound care and collaborating with the surgical and anesthesia teams.

On-call availability during select non-business hours is required and your role will be supported by an RN float pool and staffing resources to ensure

Qualifications

• RN license must be active as a Registered Nurse.
• ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsabilités

• Manage airway support and monitor neurological and cardiac status.
• Respond promptly to complications or side effects.
• Provide initial wound care to the surgical site and ensure patient stability during recovery.
• Collaborate with the surgical and anesthesia teams.
