This role involves on-call availability during select non-business hours and opportunities to contribute to quality improvement initiatives within a supportive, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida.
• Associate degree in Nursing.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required within 30 days of employment.
• No travel; PRN schedule; inpatient PACU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered postoperative care in PACU.
• Monitor airway, neurological and cardiac status and respond to complications.
• Provide initial wound care and ensure patient stability during recovery.
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams and participate in on-call rotations.
• Educate patients and families about care and follow-up measures.
