Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current Iowa RN license required.
• Operating Room experience preferred.
• BLS required by American Heart Association.
• Mandatory Reporter training within 3 months of hire.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.

Responsibilities

• Administers nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation with physician coordination.
• Delivers care per physician orders, unit protocols and professional judgment.

• Contributes to peer development by sharing knowledge and skills.
• Maintains patient autonomy, dignity and rights in care delivery.
• Ensures safe, effective, cost-aware care planning and delivery.
