Qualifications

• Current California Certified Nurse Assistant or California EMT certification.
• BLS through American Heart Association mandatory.
• Basic dysrhythmia certification preferred or to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Six (6) months EMT/CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to PACU patients.
• Monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythms during recovery.
• Assist with patient transport and safety measures.
• Document care in the electronic medical record accurately.
