Qualifications

• RN license in the state of Florida.
• BSN within three years of hire or transfer.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission Standards & Nursing Standards.
• Demonstrate clinical nursing skills and strong customer service.
• Above-average oral and written communication; problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned nursing unit.
• Assist the Nurse Manager with hiring, onboarding, and employee evaluations.
• Contribute to performance improvement activities and staff development.
• Assist in budgeting and financial management for the department.
