Zaddy Solutions, in partnership with a premier hospital in Great Falls, MT, seeks a full-time Charge Nurse for the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). This on-site leadership role oversees patient flow from Pre-Op through PACU, guides daily staffing, and upholds CPAN/ASPAN standards to ensure safe, high-quality perioperative care.

You will mentor the Pre-Op/PACU team, collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia providers, and manage shift operations during 6:00 AM–7:30 PM schedules with a shared call

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in Montana (or eligible via compact/endorsement).
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• CPAN/ASPAN knowledge or certification desired.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily patient flow across Pre-Op and PACU.
• Serve as primary shift leader and manage staffing and schedules.
• Ensure patient safety and documentation per CPAN/ASPAN guidelines.
• Collaborate with PACU Supervisor, surgeons, anesthesia, and support staff.
