Compass Health in Mt. Vernon, WA is seeking a Mental Health Professional to join the PACT North team. This full‑time clinician role provides recovery‑oriented, community‑based care within an intensive wraparound model, serving clients in home and community settings.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in 24/7 on‑call rotations, and document care in EMR systems, contributing to resilience and independent living for clients with severe behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• MA/MS/MSW in a behavioral science field.
• Ability to obtain WA State Agency Affiliated Counselor registration (if not already credentialed).
• Valid WA State driver's license, vehicle, and appropriate insurance (as applicable).
• Commitment to working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery‑focused services including case management, treatment planning, resource navigation, and advocacy.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver services in the community, meeting clients where they are.
• Collaborate closely with the multi‑disciplinary PACT team to ensure wraparound, coordinated care.
• Participate in 24/7 on‑call rotation and crisis response.
• Maintain documentation and records in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
