Job summary

Columbia River Mental Health Services is seeking a full-time PACT Therapist in Vancouver, WA. The role provides integrated mental health and crisis interventions across office and community settings, with a focus on recovery and community integration.

The position requires a Masters in Behavioral Health or Social Work and WA licensure, with 2+ years of relevant experience. A $2,500 signing bonus is offered, along with a strong benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Behavioral Health or Social Work.
• Licensed in WA as LMHCA/LMHC/LICSW/LICSW/LMFTA/LMFT or Licensed Psychologist.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience with co-occurring SPMI and/or SUD preferred.
• Training and experience with ACT/PACT or fidelity-driven multidisciplinary models preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated mental health and substance use assessments.
• Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment (CBT/DBT/MI) and crisis intervention.
• Develop and revise individualized treatment plans and crisis plans.
• Coordinate MAT with prescriber and monitor recovery progress.
• Advocate for clients and support housing, benefits, and community integration.
