Qualifications

• Licensed by the State of Washington as a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP).
• Must have a WA driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and homelessness.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PACT’s SUD program with ~80% focus on facilitation and ~20% on case management.
• Update treatment plans monthly based on stage of change.
• Provide SUD treatment in office and community settings using a non-confrontational, stage-based model.
• Lead or participate in group treatments, harm reduction education, and staff trainings.
• Coordinate with housing staff and community resources to ensure continuity of care.
