The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to serve in Primary and Ambulatory Care at the Ventura CBOC location. The RN works within the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) to promote improved health outcomes through care management, coordination, and collaboration.

The RN provides Veteran-centered care consistent with VHA goals and reports to the Nurse Manager. Preferred experience includes Primary Care/Ambulatory Care, chronic disease management,

Competenze

• English language proficiency required.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted nursing license/registration in the United States.
