Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related clinical discipline or equivalency.
• Experience with enterprise imaging including PACS, RIS, VNA and voice recognition platforms.
• Proficiency in DICOM, HL7, MWL, and DICOM router configuration.

Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings to discuss team and project activities, issues and updates.
• Perform system builds and testing for software lifecycle activities with quality outcomes.
• Resolve incidents and work orders within SLA timelines and document changes.
• Create and maintain documentation; guide end users on application usage.
• Support training and rollout of features; research and analyze new feature requests.
