Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participates in team and project meetings and communicates updates.
• Performs system builds and testing for software lifecycle activities; ensures quality outcomes.
• Resolves incidents and work orders according to SLAs and timelines; completes tasks with quality outcomes.
• Maintains and creates documentation as needed.
• Acts as a resource to end users regarding application utilization in workflow context.
• Executes and updates unit and integration test scripts.
• Collaborates with training staff to guide build and implementation of training materials.
• Researches feature requests and participates in stakeholder review and documentation.
